Beginning January 1, 2014 residential customers'
meters will be read twice annually. These reading will
be taken in late June and late December. Quarterly
bills will be sent as usual. Overages will therefore be
billed twice annually. The first overage bill will
appear on your July 2014 bill, the second on your
January 2015 bill and will continue on that cycle, with
the following rates:
